Welcome to the Carolina Gold Services website (the "Site"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Informational Use Only
The content on this Site is provided for general informational purposes about Carolina Gold Services and our commercial landscaping and exterior property maintenance services. The information on this Site is not a quote, offer, or guarantee of any particular service, price, schedule, or result.
2. No Service Agreement Through the Website
Submitting a form on this Site, including a Request a Proposal form, does not create a service agreement, contract, or obligation for Carolina Gold Services to perform work. Proposals, pricing, scope of work, schedules, payment terms, and service obligations are governed only by a separate written agreement signed by both Carolina Gold Services and the client.
Any proposal or quote we provide is subject to our review and acceptance, and may include additional terms and conditions. If there is any conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the signed service agreement will control for the services covered by that agreement.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not:
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe the rights of others
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the Site
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, data, or accounts

These Terms and your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
12. Payment Terms
Invoices are due according to the due date stated on the invoice or applicable service agreement, including Net 14 where specified. The 45-calendar-day period described below does not extend, replace, or change the normal invoice due date.
13. Late Payments
If payment has not been received within 45 calendar days from the original invoice issue date, Carolina Gold Services may place the account on hold, suspend non-emergency services, pursue collection, and apply any fees or remedies allowed by the agreement and applicable law. The customer remains responsible for all amounts due.
14. Warranty
Any workmanship or service warranty is conditioned on the customer’s account remaining current. If payment has not been received within 45 calendar days from the original invoice issue date, warranty performance and future service may be suspended until the account is brought current, only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Any suspension does not waive the customer’s payment obligations and does not change the original invoice due date.
